This isn't trust falls or a forced icebreaker. It's a real, guided art session for your team, led by me, built for actual connection instead of cringe.
I bring the same "no rules, just play" energy that runs my adult classes straight to your team, whether that's a small office, a leadership group, or the whole company.
Everyone gets a project and walks through it together, making it entirely their own. No talent required, and nobody's getting picked to go first in front of the group.
What actually happens in the room: people loosen up, laugh at their own wonky lines, and start talking to each other differently than they do in a status meeting. The connection isn't forced, it just shows up because everyone's hands are busy and nobody's performing.

Your Way, Always
There's nothing to get wrong here. Every person in the room gets to create their own version, choose their own colors, and make it their own expression. That's what makes it relaxing and fun instead of one more thing to perform at.
Fun First, Bonding Sneak In
Nobody signs up to "build trust." They sign up to have a good hour. The connection happens on its own while everyone's focused on making something, unwinding and laughing together. For one hour, they'll forget they're at work and you'll get a happy team out of it.
I Lead Every Session, Personally
I don't send someone else on my behalf, you get me, every time, running the room the same way I run my own classes.
Session Formats & Pricing
One-Time Team Session
$55 per person, 6 person minimum ($330 floor)
One 60-75 minute session, virtual or in person
Multi-Week Series
$45 per person, per session, 6 person minimum
For teams who want the momentum of coming back for more than one round
Ongoing Monthly Sessions
$200 flat for up to 10 people, plus $15 per person after that
A standing session on the calendar instead of a one-off, easiest to plan around
In-person sessions add a flat $100 Travel & Materials Fee within about 30 miles of Bel Air, MD.
That covers me hauling supplies to you instead of asking your team to source their own. Traveling farther than that? Just ask and I'll quote it.
What to Expect
You don't need to prep anything or send people shopping for supplies.
Virtual sessions: I'll send everything your team needs ahead of time so they can grab a few basics from around the house or office, nothing fancy, nothing expensive.
In person sessions: I bring the materials with me. Your team just needs to show up.
Either way, I walk everyone through the project step by step live, so nobody's left staring at a blank page wondering what to do.
