I bring the same "no rules, all play" energy that runs my UN-Adulting classes straight to your team, whether that's a small office, a leadership group, or the whole company.
I walk everyone through the same project together, step by step, but from there, it's entirely their own colors, creative choices, and wonky lines. No one needs any talent or artistic ability, and nobody's getting picked to go first in front of the group. (You can relax knowing that nobody's reliving their 7th grade oral book report presentation!)
Stuck-up Sara from accounting will actually loosen up. Quiet Kevin, who's said maybe four words in the last three status meetings, will crack a joke. And the intern everyone still calls 'the new girl' because she's too nervous to correct anyone? She'll find her voice over a purple crayon instead of a conference table.

Session Formats & Pricing
One-Time Team Session
$55 per person, 6 person minimum ($330 floor)
One 60-75 minute session, virtual or in person
Multi-Week Series
$45 per person, per session, 6 person minimum
For teams who want the momentum of coming back for more than one round
Ongoing Monthly Sessions
$200 flat for up to 10 people, plus $15 per person after that
A standing session on the calendar instead of a one-off, easiest to plan around
In-person sessions add a flat $100 Travel & Materials Fee within about 30 miles of Bel Air, MD.
That covers me hauling supplies to you instead of asking your team to source their own. Traveling farther than that? Just ask and I'll quote it.
What to Expect
You don't need to prep anything or send people shopping for supplies.
Virtual sessions: I'll send everything your team needs ahead of time so they can grab a few basics from around the house or office, nothing fancy or expensive.
In person sessions: I bring the materials with me. Your team just needs to show up.
Either way, I walk everyone through the project step by step live, so nobody's left staring at a blank page wondering what to do.
